If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and the reader type you select, and we use them only to send it. Owners and residents in Aurora-managed communities may also provide information through their community's secure owner portal, which we use to administer the association under our management agreement.

Our website is hosted on the Netlify platform. Messages submitted through our contact form are processed by Netlify's form service and delivered to our team by email, and are stored securely in our hosting dashboard. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse; both receive standard technical data such as your IP address when those features load. Owner portal accounts for managed communities are operated on our association-management software, which maintains its own security and privacy safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate our website and deliver our services, with professional advisors where appropriate, or where disclosure is required by law.
We may contact you to respond to your inquiry, notify you regarding your account or association, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, collect fees or monies owed, poll your opinions through surveys, send updates about our company, or enforce our agreements and applicable laws. We may contact you via email, telephone, text message, or postal mail for these purposes.
